The hotel is located at the historic city of Polignano a Mare next to Cala Ponto Beach. The ocean and beach views from the suite were outstanding. The hotel was beyond our expectations (and our standards were high). Great place, food, people, everything... We were met upon arrival to the city by reception who took us to our suite. She explained everything we needed to know for our stay. We had the suite with the balcony and sea view. It was spotless, nice
and bright and the view and experience from the balcony cannot be beat. If you are on the fence about spending this much on a room, I assure you it is worth it. Nothing compares with having the door open and hearing those waves crash from your bed. When I tell you the service is excellent, they aren’t messing around. There were 3 people bringing trays of food, pastries, juices, cappuccinos and whatever you wanted every morning. I requested a ham and cheese crepe for my breakfasts and even though
it’s not on the menu, it was prepared for me. And their staff assisted with dinner reservations and anything else we needed ahead of our stay. They remained in contact whenever we had questions. If we make it back to Polignano a Mare, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We looked at some of the rooms in the main building that had the sea view and they were stunning as well.
